Why further enhancements to market wards?

I think it's funny how A) both of you who are against this feature that the majority voted for in the poll have no idea what an AH really is nor how it works

and B) you think the inclusion of an AH somehow prevents you from playing in your broken zombie doll-house of loading hell. Hell even in XI some players use the Rolanberry Bazaar but that a very marginal percentage of the game's population.

ANY market system is useless if it doesn't get every player to use it on regular basis. This is why MW has already failed and it will never ever win over the masses because of the way it's fundamentally designed to halt RMT that's it. It's not designed for the players to begin with.

I see your point with Rollenberry/Batillia Markets, however, I do not think that alternate means of trading really takes away from trading in an AH system. From what I remember from FFXI, the reason people really used traded in other ways on top of the AH was because FFXI put limits ( of course SE cannot possibly release anything without their personal limitation stamp now can they ) on how many items could be on auction at any given time. That, and certain items could not be sold in the auction house that could be sold through bazaar system and some items were so pricy that noone wanted to pay the tax to sell said item. For those reasons, people went to Battillia/Rollenberry. That is what I recall at least.

WHEN is deffinitely the key to your statement. However, I continue to say IF, when it comes to the release of an AH system until I hear differently from one of the Dev's or in a letter from the producer.

I am trying to keep this post alive, and I hope that others will continue to help me as well. We cannot stop until we get a straight up answer one way or another. We deserve to know if a viable AH and Mailbox system will be making its way to Eorzea anytime soon. Continued maintenance and improvements of the current MW system will never ever equal an auction house and mailbox combined system.
