So how are you guys doing on Faust? Encounter -> Faust -> Right click Incoming Damage -> Lookup by combatant for Faust-only damage.


Most of my runs involve some turning at the end with sometimes death but I manage to break 1200 pretty consistently, usually 1220ish. Seen some monks break 1300 though, so still have to step it up.

your right, you can pass 1300, i was at 1304 for our last, but honestly, faust is just a dummy parse for the dps in every sence, 3min, stands still.
as such the parses vary by quite a bit, so long as your consistently above 1200, i wouldn't worry to much,

It's still a fun fight to practice actual in-combat rotation with party-boosts like Fey Wind etc buffing your damage and for me personally getting used to actually using fracture properly. It's a dummy fight but the dummy doesn't kill you after 2 and a half minutes if you mess up. And 80 dps is quite a bit to be missing, more than just crits, so there's something that can be improved.
