It's hard to improve when you see absolutely no feedback. All you can do is blindly practice a rotation. You cannot try to omit things and see how it turns out. You cannot experiment with the rotation to answer your own doubts. It's like trying to practice basket shooting in the dark with only a TV showing you the right posture, but you can't see the basket, you can't tell if it went in or not.

Yes you can learn a rotation and practice until you can do it half-asleep. But when mechanics comes into play and you don't really understand it because you never experimented with the rotation, you will break your own dps.

Just like in real life, people learn things in different ways, in a MMORPG, some people need that feedback. Don't be so quick to judge others. That attitude is only going to turn people defensive and you end up not helping at all.
