they already made the new weapons available without needing the stone from the raid like coil did it back then. thats already pretty good. giving out the upgrade to weapons from anything except A4 savage until 3.1 would be stupid imo. also these tome weapons are the same ilvl as raid weapons on the end and will likely be made available with 3.1 onwards from new causal 24 man raid. also new relic comes with 3.1 which will likely be i210 from the start aswell. if the relic gets custom stats again its superior to most raid weapons aswell again.

its good that upgrades and i210 gear is currently limited to savage mode. if they remove that no point in doing hardcore content anymore. game is causal friendly enough already. no need to dumb down any further.

You got it all wrong... It's not about who, its about how. Why do raids if you can get the same rewards from spamming hunts...

However if the subway dude save enough money (aka wait for patch) he'll get that house on the lake eventually.. (maybe not but you get the point)

Its not like you wont be able to get the gear ever ... but to expect access to it as quickly but without putting in the effort its like why do raids at all?

Nah I'm pretty sure 170 is more than enough for subway dudes. But if you aspire to be more (neural surgeon) you need to grind a very narrow number of stuff) we need attorney stuff and bioengineer stuff as well as neural surgeon stuff. Neural surgeons are the only ones who can chose between two equally good houses, (which is unfair) but they don't have more than one way to get it (which is boring)

If the game starts dropping them from hunts etc right off the bat it makes a raid reward practically worthless. By all means add them to the game in 3.1 but asking for gear that raiders aren't going to get for a little while less than 12 hours after it's been added to the game is just stupid, focus on actually getting the Tome gear first.

You might notice I was making a reference to Syrcus Tower or WoD for the upgrade items. I didn't mentionned hunt, because, for me, hunting A and S rank is the complete opposite of fun.
I hate how people act like assholes because the wait is too long, or the pull is too early, or the camp is too crowded...
Back in 2.x, I only got one item upgrade from hunts, and only by doing my contracts, so it took a really long time.

Still, your achievement is clearing raid, not dropping gear. Besides, you'll have exclusive gear from Alex, so you'll be able to achieve BiS for your character, whereas other will be limited to Esoterics.
And remember that raid gear had an equivalent since the beginning of 2.0, so it's not like it would be new.

Because if they released it now, it would kill the Raid Balance. It would be seriously pointless to do. I would hate for everyone to be on the Max Ilvl without ever needing to work for it at the day of release, that's just embarrassing. Use Reddit if you want a static.
