That's what this whole thing sounds to me.

Mounts are cosmetic, upgrading ilevel on gear isn't. But really the people that complain about not being able to upgrade their gear should just work on their rotations instead, it's more of a long term investment than a few ilevels and these guys aren't exactly getting the most out of what they have now.

Same answer to both...why do you care about what other people want or why they need it or even how they got it ?
Are you so desperate of people looking up for you when checking your character ?
Just put your brand new achievement title, and people will look for you, even if you wear crap gear...

As for "working on their rotation", you'd be surprised of how many people already have the skill for raiding but not the time, nor the group, nor the desire to do so.
