You might notice I was making a reference to Syrcus Tower or WoD for the upgrade items. I didn't mentionned hunt, because, for me, hunting A and S rank is the complete opposite of fun.
I hate how people act like assholes because the wait is too long, or the pull is too early, or the camp is too crowded...
Back in 2.x, I only got one item upgrade from hunts, and only by doing my contracts, so it took a really long time.

If the game starts dropping them from hunts etc right off the bat it makes a raid reward practically worthless.
