So why are people crying about casuals getting items with high level each time ? And why do they bother what other people get ?
It doesn't diminish your value for clearing FCoB to see someone in full i130 who didn't even raid once.
How would an olympic gold medal be valued if they also handed them to people who bought tickets to spectate the competition? Surely, it doesn't diminish its value for the athlete that came in first place in the competition now would it?
While we're there, why have olympics at all if you get the medal from being in the audience... Let's just have them watch a movie instead no need for the silly competition...

You know can buy a Gold Medal without doing any competition, right ?
Do you think this diminishes the value of real athletes ?

Common try a little harder please... Thats like saying you can buy starter gear without doing savage... of course you can....

That's your starter gear
Maybe you try a little too hard to forget the difference between having gear and clearing content.
Player

To be honest I don't really get why you would need the gear if you're not doing Savage.
Everything else in game is doable in i170

To be honest, I don't really get why people farm so much to drop each mount.
Everything in the game is doable with the companion.
Exactly, you want the mount reward, work for it. "Why can't I buy the ponies with law tomes by spamming hunts? I dont want to be burdenned by doing ex primals.... "
That's what this whole thing sounds to me.

Mounts are cosmetic, upgrading ilevel on gear isn't. But really the people that complain about not being able to upgrade their gear should just work on their rotations instead, it's more of a long term investment than a few ilevels and these guys aren't exactly getting the most out of what they have now.
