In 3.1, you'll get a 24-man raid, that will probably drop items to upgrade esoteric gear.

I fail to see how you can equate farming a dungeon like the Fractal Continuum to be on par with clearing something like Bahamut. I, for one, have absolutely no qualms with those individuals not interested in raiding to get decent gear but if you're going to be so salty about it, use your brain just a little. Just for starters, raiding endgame is more than just getting stuff with really high item levels. That's why the current white crafted accessories (! not raiding content gearz??? ) are BiS for at least tanks.

It's not that I don't raid or I don't want to raid. It's that on my server I can't find a raid group. I wouldn't have a problem if I could find a raid group. But like I said I can't get people to let me join their groups. Believe me I've tried. Even when coil was the thing it took me forever just to get through to turn 10 because of this same reason. The people on my server is the main problem not that I've got no interest cause I do I just can't seem to get people to let me join them for some reason.

I understand your plight entirely! It took me ages to find a raid group (and moreover one that was patient and fun). I no longer have the patience, time, or willpower to raid so I likely wont bother with Savage, so Im thankful that SE added some other methods to gear up that are on par with Savage gear.

Alex: Gordias likely wont become duty finder-able for a while yet, so I wish you luck on finding a group. Hang in there!

If you can't find one to take you, ever thought of trying to recruit for your own? If it is hard on your server to find an accomodating static then there is probably others in the same situation as you. So just reach out to them.

Reason I won't start on is I feel I'm not leader material. I am more of a joiner then a leader. So for me to lead a group it be even more difficult on me.

I felt the same way before I started my static, you don't have to lead by yourself, you can get the others to help you out with the day to day things. Most people get stressed because they think that if they are the leader they have to do everything, which isn't the case. I get suggestions from my group members to find out what they want to do and how they want to progress then I make a list and go down it.

Anyone know of any Alex savage groups on any server are seeking a mage dps? This could help to wouldn't mind server hoping if i have to just want to get into an Alex savage group if that's what it takes. I just don't want my estorics gear going to waste. At least that's what i call it when I get gear that can be upgraded but can't upgrade it cause its tried behind a wall like Alex savage and the like.

Why do you even need that gear if you are not doing savage?

If you want the gear without the effort, wait 3 months.
