That said, limiting the houses to one per account I doubt will fix the shortage. Scrapers can't the only cause of the problem. The number of players that want a house greatly out number the number of plots.Some players are even creating alt characters to buy up any new house wards SE releases into the game so they can sell the wards for higher price than the original cost and if players do not buy the housing from them these player leave the housing area alone for a long time never to be used until they can find a player that would pay 2 times, 3 times, or 4 times the amount of price they paid for the House Ward as their means to make Gil.
Even after they sold that house these players would continue to use their alts to buy up any new House Wards to repeat the same process again.
There is currently no safety measures to prevent players from buy up new Housing Wards on alts and selling it for a greater amount of prices to other players.
