And this is exactly what SE wanted when making this system. Something to artificially extend the lifespan of the content until something new is out.People want the ability to get at least one item of loot per week. Not have to run the same content over and over 50 times for a slight chance at getting what you want. The token systems for clearing X runs usually solves this. Problem is, once people have obtained all they want from it, they stop. That being said, if you can only get ONE item/week, that's still what, 10 weeks to gear out one job? Have you seen the requirements for the body piece from Alex? It's 4 items that drop from A4 that DFers have a hell of a time with. So unless you run it non-stop with a static until everyone gets said item, it'll take a month min to upgrade it.
From SEs point of view, it's genius cause it'll take forever to get it (to which point something easier and better will have come along).
