Alexander loot systems sucks :/

I suppose it is a lot better........for statics.

For us commoners though? ... I dunno. I feel like it's just like glamours: hey awesome, you can make your gear appear something else...except you need an item for it based on crafter...oh and on item level too. Because why not. Same with this loot system too, it's like - well, you can get anything, except you can't get anything, because there still are 7 different tokens for the different types of gear. Granted, significantly better chances than having a bazillion different sets for each job, but...yeah, not a "free-for-all" thing. And if it's true that chest/leg tokens only drop from level 4 - you'll still be farming that for four weeks if you want your item.

It's really a mixed bag.

What did you really expect? Even WoW uses slot-specific tokens. Otherwise everyone could (and would) upgrade their body and legs immediately for the largest gains.
