Its all you can do, complaining about it won't change who people are. All you can do is be a positive influence yourself, and maybe you'll get lucky and spread the good will.

In my opinion, the inexperienced person that joins the farm party looking for a carry is displaying more of a "me me me" attitude than the other seven players that are on the same page. If someone wants a clear, they can either work for it or pay for it. It doesn't take much effort to put a party into PF.

Only problem I have with starting a group on PF is that I have absolutely 0 experience and no one wants to join a run led by someone with no experience.
