If people think the solution to fix broken mechanics on a job is to ignore mechanics. This is another argument not to bring you into progression and leave you behind with your BLM. You can get away with farm content but the question here is progression and in progression you were hitting those mobs. If you weren't, you were a danger to your group.
We do it with 3 tanks and 3 DPS sometimes, I always stay on the boss and the Moon Ganas only. Never had a problem.
