    So whereas we used to do two TTT per IDC, now we do one each time? Or did I get that wrong?

    yes. you end up clipping at 5-6s, but the other option is to drop it for 1-2 gcds. it might actually be better to do two TTT per IDC again if you run double dragoon and he keeps disembowel up during your downtime, but otherwise..
