Still no word on Au Ra Naming Conventions?

Miku doesn't mean anything written like that, you put it in a sentence and it doesn't make sense, the only meaning of miku is knife ( http://jisho.org/word/%E3%81%BF%E3%81%8F )

The point is that they are named with words and not names.

So, to oversimplify, Native American styled names, but in Japanese? I always thought names like Aiko made sense, even though grammatically "affection child" doesn't.

I tried putting in another example they provide into that website (which is actually a pretty neat find, thanks!), but Unzan just translated to "mathematical operation; calculation."

This is going to take some research for a person ignorant to Japanese culture like myself, unless I'm missing something.
