Alise: this is not about whether or not the dungeon is difficult or not, but whether the classes are balanced or not. Some people feel (I can't really comment, as I did not do the raid) that only certain setups work, making some (most actually) combat classes irrelevant.

Also I strongly disagree that forcing players to level (to quite high level actually) subclasses to obtain a couple of skills is good think. It does not make game harder after all; just more tedious.

With any luck the new job system will adress some of those problems.
