I think they'll do none in raid scenarios. I think the cards are compensation for their reportedly awful dps capability. Rather than doing dps of their own, they add to the rest of the party's. Spare GCDs not used for healing would be used on drawing cards, not doing dps.

Card Draws are on a 30s cd.

Its DPS/Heal stancing will play very much how WHM/SCH currently does, but yeah, their raw DPS capabilities are probably lower than WHM & SCH as their Cards will increase the parties overall DPS a lot.

Still, just like any healer, people will come to use their dps functions to perform in raid content. Whatever dps they offer is going to be more than if they didn't. Nothing requires healers to dps, but as long as they have the ability to, players raiding are going to use them.
