This much complaining it may be time to link crafting and gathering to a war or magic class that way unless a war or magic class is level 30 they can't raise a crafting or gathering class to 31 just stop complaining about this since in other games lest from what I know no other mmo has these as classes just skill levels.

So lets just tie the levels to war and magic classes and be done with it.
