Firestarter may be a 40% proc, but you won't get 40% in reality unless you wait for over half a second after each fire cast to see if the proc hits. In a 5 fire rotation, you will average just under 1 firestarter use per rotation under AF3.

The umbral phase also needs to be included in total damage, as well as damage boost to fire spells under AF3.

In mobile fights, I don't think Enocian would be worth keeping up, due to the need to jump to the umbral phase with MP just to get off BIV and maintain it. If it's up use it, if not old school Fire I.
