    A somewhat unexpected change that could impact our rotation in 3.0+ just came up in the SS buff to DoT damage. With most BLM's already stacking SS, I would expect this to have a pretty serious change in Thunder damage... which could mean that 100% Thunder uptime would be something to consider for the first time, instead of using it to basically just hope for procs. We'll have to wait and see what the SS increase actually does, but if it's meant to buff SMN in any significant way we should be seeing the benefits of that as well.
