    That should mean that Thunder applied in Ley Lines would be buffed quite a bit yes? Looks like using Sharp Cast on pre-pull thunder will be most wise.

    Edit: and if that is really the case, WHMs with Presence of Mind, using Aero 3 will be ridiculously powerful lol
