Anyway... Firstly, I don't see how anything that changes the game on a fundamental level as much as this suggestion would could possibly be considered a quality of life change. Secondly... ergh. As much as I'd like to triple flare the ever-living shit out of some of the low level dungeon bosses, I'd feel awful for levelling tanks trying to hold aggro off of some of the skills. In a lot of cases, it probably wouldn't even be possible to do it unless the potencies were overhauled and such. It just seems like more trouble than it's worth. :s
