A huge disadvantage for new players?

I think at the moment it's fast enough to gear up to at least get the required item level to finish the main story, but once Heavensward comes out, I think they do need to give out i90 gear to new players, for at least their first class anyway, something you get from a new set of quests with some fun story attached to it so older players can have some fun with it too.

You can already outright BUY gear up to 110, which will only get cheaper as the gear becomes easier to craft in Heavensward. How much easier do people want things to be before they're satisfied? Really...

That's not even to mention the new recipes that will be added for 50-60, and that the level cap increase is not exclusive to people with the expansion.
