Have you researched ClickandBuy? We've got people in this thread who've been victimized by CnB. I know someone who lost 1,700 british pounds because of CnB, just by registering her credit card to her account on CnB.
There have been examples of double-billing, resuming subscriptions without authorization, reactivating accounts without authorization, and multiple unauthorized charges. There are fraud reports that you can google for to back this up. Here is a list of the ones I found...

I should mention that ClickandBuy was intended to be the EU-based competitor to PayPal.
As it is right now, it is an unacceptable option for many of us in the United States. We take our financial security seriously, and many of us refuse to deal with ClickandBuy. (We also do not want to deal with Crysta, which is a virtual currency - many of us who are asking for a reliable, secure option like PayPal, are being screwed over.)
