Stop queuing for Trial Roulette and get your easy tomes elsewhere.
There are plenty of other places where you can leech and/or play horribly and probably get away with it even though everyone hates you. I'm looking at you, Crystal Tower.

I hope they don't change anything so that people will stop abusing the Trial Roulette.
It will help new people in the long run because they won't get pushed into games where people are leaving instantly.
Even if their queue time is longer, it will be worth the wait when they get a group that won't leave, rather than having to worry about filling In Progress.

If anything, they should put harsher punishments on leaving Roulettes such as this:
"Since you have abandoned the duty, this trial is no longer available for today."

no, frankly, content that takes 15 minutes or more to do that no one wants to do should not give a smaller reward than content that takes 5 minutes and everyone wants to do

that is how competent game design works. you make the reward worth the investment of time and energy or people stop caring
