You can't use DoL Stealth or Ninja Hide for the same reason you can't Teleport: you still have aggro. Shukuchi has a limited range of a whopping 20 yalms (equivalent to 20 yards) and you can't teleport through walls, or even to places where you don't have line of sight. So that's out.
