Lack of Housing - Still an Issue

Was stated recently that since most servers have available housing, they feel it's fine the way it is.

ok, then the over populated server are screw because .... low population server didn't have all them house sold yet?
on ragnarok last time i did check only 2 house was remaining, one L and one M. (for the M someone probably did drop) but still, it's a huge trouble that most person of the server are not able to own him house. same, one question disturb me, why not have create a personal room service inside the adventurer guild, since this one is instanced already. for allows every one to have acces to housing in some way.

The problem is that many people keep joining the full servers despite them already being...full.


Small wonder that the wards are filled if everyone only wants to join the big servers.

or simply people joining friend on the well established server, no? i means you don't expect guild to drop them rang, guild bank and house simply for migrate, right?
