I still don't get how this design is awful for some people. The system was intended to be time consuming, spending weeks on it and be downed for only a few groups of players, since you required to join a static at first (Not in the 100% of the cases, however). It was designed to be "Extremely difficult", based on Yoshi-p's words. These were fights that were introduced for the "hardcore" players. If it's either easy or hard for you, that's a different matter. That's the main objective of the Binding Coil of Bahamut. So, downing the fight in few tries, goes against the initial goal of that content and it's not going to happen. The level of encounter that OP is proposing is, as many of you pointed out, a utterly nonsense, since Bloodborne (Taking that as an example) was not only designed for a group of 3 players at most, but it was implemented under a completely different gameplay system. That said, people will play the games that they find appealing. If you don't like how this game handles the raid content, there are plenty of games out there that can fulfill your expectations.
