The art of healing in FFXIV is not to keep everyone at above 90%, its to get the maximum out of your class without someone dying to something unavoidable.

Why? You can't make a claim like that without some sort of justification. Are you trying to claim that tanking/healing is more difficult? More stressful? What about being a tank/healer, specifically, makes you inherently superior?

Yes, thats exactly what i claim.

Wanna tell me whats hard about doing your simple rotation and dodging aoes? DPS is easy to play in almost every MMORPG i played, and FFXIV is no exception, not even monk is as hard to play, as alot of people claim it to be.

Best example as heal is titan.. (i dont have any special situation in mind, so keep that to yourself) 3 DPS being total derps, dying to weight of the land or bombs, so this group pretty much got carried by the heals, because you know what? if healers do that, theres no one to raise them, but its more like "Yeah, hes the healer, hes supposed to dodge everything...keep everyone alive...and rez me... 10 times this is nothing special." So what do you get after this? maybe 1 recommendation.

Just appreciate your healer, for not being the derpy ninja in your 4-man group, who eats every aoe, and dies to every boss fight
