They should try to imitate LOTRO for housing. LOTRO is mostly an open MMO with not much instances (unlike FF XIV which has small instanced maps), and you can walk from the Shire to Rivendelle without entering into one, but their housing is like FF XIV with neighboorhoods, with numerous different sizes of houses in the neighnoorhood, with merchants NPCs, banks, where you can teleport to your guild or your house. And there when all the housing instances are full more are created instantly so all you have to do is wait a few days. So how come Turbine can pull it off with LOTRO when SE cannot with FF XIV? You can only get one house per account in LOTRO but all your alts can access the house.

That is another thing, SE should only allow one house per alt or account. Right now, some are buying numerous plots leaving none to the others.

I really loved my deluxe elf house in LOTRO and I'd like to get a small house here at some point but all the housing wards are full here on Gilgamesh. I admit I don't have the gils yet but that is because I'm burned out on crafting and gathering, that is what I did to get the deluxe house in LOTRO, but right now the idea of crafting/gathering make me wanna faint. I bought a personal room in our FC so at least I have that.

Yeah, I know a person on Balmung who owns three small houses across her/his account... I was so annoyed to read that.
