So frustrating. We saved up the gil, we need more wards. Balmung is out of every plot of any size.

And not only is it out of every plot, but if you do try to find someone whose willing to give theirs up it's usually being sold for profit and not cheaply at that. I heard a friend gave their house to another acquaintance who then resold it for like 50 million, and it was simply a small in the Mists.
