Can anyone answer me this:

In the live letter it was said that I only need one CE to get the items and it doesn't matter on which platform. Is that right?

Because I just preordered the physical CE and I own the Steam version ( I don't mind buying the normal version of Heavensward again ). I should get the items also on my Steam account because as far as I know the items are account bound.

That's correct!

The items are attached to your account in the same way , when you get a minion playing on say your ps4, if you log in on your pc later on you still have that minion.

If you order the physical CE - once the items are redeemed on the mog station they'll be attached to your account regardless of the platform and or whether you play through Steam.

The support is telling me something else... She told me she will research that and tell me if it is true or not. But I believe that it is true, that even if I activate it on the normal one that my whole account will have the items.

Just wondering how much was the shipping on the CE box for EU people?

For me it the shipping was described as free. I'm from Germany, not idea if it's the same for UK, etc.
