Not sure if the reason for resubmitting is to document steps taken to test more thoroughly or to gather all the random ISP info and serial numbers I was hoping wouldn't be necessary. When I resubmit, I'll try to be more thorough on both fronts.

The bug has been submitted many times though. Many with over-the-top amounts of information.
