Make Stoneskin 2 instant cast

So when you do cast SS before pulls, you cast them 1 by 1? Or you don't cast them at all?

In 4 man, I don't use SS2 except on the very begining of the mission (with swiftcast). For each bosses, I only SS the tank; which is more than enough anyway.
