I guess I should have clarified even though it should have been obvious what was meant. The weapon is easy to get. It is soloable because you do not need a static or dedicated group of players to learn content as you would to get the strongest weapons in the game. Relic is only slightly weaker than those weapons at it's highest stage in most cases, doesn't require a static. Basically, soloable. Only need 3 other people, doesn't matter who, you will probably never know these people ever again, and they don't have any real affect on you when it comes to earning your weapon, where as people in static would.

You don't get to redefine what counts as soloing.

Then there's also the issue of it being easy: although relics are easier to get in a sense of technical difficulty of fights, they invariably take a crap load more of actual time to get. While I personally don't think that "time-consuming" equates to difficulty, the actual strength of the weapons are far below what they should be given the work involved.
