Is there another way to go about this or are we going to just try and have the tower out of the stack all the time?

Progression Update: My group is constantly getting to phase 3 now, and I've been going into that phase with 3k-4k MP (some mana song). Much of the advice here, and outside, as helped me tons when it came to efficiency and timing heals. We even got to see second divebombs!

To answer your question from my experience: I actually use Medica II after Megaflare + Tower. The timing is just a little bit later than timing Medica IIs in P1. It might be because my raid's HP is relatively high, or our group composition (we have a monk). Once that lands, I wait a little bit and start casting Cure 3 on myself. This actually gives me enough time to pop a cure onto the tank (or another "I'm gonne die!" dps) before teeheemut breaths the tank.

I do have a question regarding the Phase 3 transition: Is Medica II on Gigaflare impact enough to keep everyone alive through the incoming mega? Or should I cure 3/medica on the stack?
