That is an assumption you made and clearly false. If someone so much as done CT once it would count as raiding, but lets not play word games here. In any case I am working on T11 with yet another static group. We've yet to get past the sphere, cube, and egg phase. But in the past 6 months, I've seen the groups fall apart over and over. I've seen the so called leadership jump server, and I've seen people pissed at the leadership leave or jump server. I've seen top raiding FC lose their core for their top static group that used to act all high and mighty around everyone else. It seems it is just not easy to keep a group together.
