I believe it also works with SMN to Bane off a mob with the debuff and spread it to further mobs for the duration of the dots (like with White Fires)

With the Mudra action delay, I was able to fix mine by allowing FFXIV to bypass the Packet filtering on my Network Firewall. Now I can fit all 3 easily within my GCD.

(Checking the ping to the Montreal server I only had 30 ms and yet I still had major delays (up to a full GCD))
