Getting hit by others' enemy AoE while DoL gathering

This so much. On Tonberry in the period of 3 days have had this happen to me 3 times while in the tangle. Ass hats when I confront them just run off and act like it was nothing. I've sent reports each time to GM's. First time I even told the GM "They might have thought I was a bot" just in case to give them a benefit of a doubt. 2nd and 3rd times though I pretty much laid into the GM for allowing such players to roam free. Be nice if they implemented a jail style thing like they did in 11 to hold ass hats for a period of time.
