As much as I hate responding to a simple agree response, this reminds me that I do think it's time they adjust Rain of Death. It's rarely used outside of Wide Volley procs due to the insane TP cost of 200 and worthless evasion drop (since nobody should be missing their attacks to begin with). Spamming Quick Nock or Wide Volley is already preferable to RoD and they cost 40-60 TP less than it. A drop to 170 TP would be a good change IMO...along with changing the evasion down to something better, like an Accuracy down so there's that miniscule chance of increasing dodges for everybody.
