No one can give 100% 100% of the time. If your party doesn't have a BRD, your party should be more than capable to play around that. I don't understand why people would insist on going all out when they know they will run out of TP, that the fight can be prolonged, and that they have cooldowns to maximize burst damage. Is it not in bad judgement to run yourself out of TP so you don't have any for burst intensive phases or cooldowns?

I've seen ninjas that don't use huton about 4-5 minutes into the fight when we don't have a bard in T8. I don't see them halting their attacks; they'd just go slower. At that point they'd use huton again when they have IR and B4B up to make full use of each TP. Is it optimal? Not necessarily for their dps, but it is for their party make up.
