Secondary stats don't matter.

Pick what gives you the most VIT/STR.

If you're not pushing FCoB any time soon, you'll be getting a full Poetics set regardless so purchase order is just about what gives you the most bang for your buck.

The most choice you have is whether you'd like to go full VIT accessories, full STR accessories, a mix, or Ruby/Topaz melded with VIT/STR. Everything else is trivial. Some crafted gear can give you more effective STR at the cost of VIT (e: Also a bit of Physical DEF and Magic DEF) if melded correctly, but you'll need a comfortable amount of VIT before you start worrying about that.

Just buy whatever. Don't concern yourself with secondaries. The amount you get from any of them is either a minimal increase in survivability or a minimal increase in damage. With full i120 (even just left side), you shouldn't need to worry about either in all of FCoB.

If you are progressing in FCoB: Belt > Feet > Head > Pants > Body > Hands. Or whatever you think looks the coolest.
