How often are you getting hit with freeze or blizzard II in PvP? Freeze is just a monkey wrech spell, biggest use is to set up a LB, not an actual survival spell. Blizzard II is 80% of a GCD, good luck getting that off while being hit, and goodbye to AF if you do. Sleep isn't going off without swift cast, and resistance builds real fast. And Manaward, to protect you from all the magic damage being dealt out by... Aetherial Manipulation, really? Surecast is about as useful as Truth of Forests in PvP.

Could you please take a moment to list all the cc abilities BLM has access to for PvP? Raging Strikes, Virus, Physick, those are pretty much everything but stun or knockback? Eye for an Eye is the only honorable mention, the rest are quelling strikes, hawk's eye, ruin, and DoL abilities.

Is this a serious question? I guess only primal data center casters and healers use this spell. And guess what? If I do get hit with this spell 90% of the time that caster/healer has me bound for full duration cause I'm not wasting my purify to remove this should elusive jump be unavailable.

An ability that can create a gap between you and your enemy and even be used to get back to your healers side. Granted its situationally useful but on a job that everybody knows needs to stick with their team mates and especially their healer like glue you honestly have never used it? Maybe you should.

I dont even know where you are going with this. You are listing a bunch of abilities that aren't classified as cc abilities and omitting the fact that you can bind, sleep and heavy ppl. Sleep, Bind, Heavy, Knockback, Stun, and Pacification are the six most prominent forms of cc available to players and blm has access to half of these. I'm not even counting the skill speed reduction from aetheric burst.
