But then at the end of the day they are only hurting themselves unlike today which they can hurt everyone. Are you saying you have no issue with people hopping into your party and giving you 3 strikes when it could be changed so only that one person who has nothing better to do but be a pain get the strikes?

I recognise the necessity of it. If someone gave me 3 strikes then I would eat the 30 minute penalty, be pretty annoyed by it and then never party with that person again.
