DF Lockout needs to be adjusted/looked at/reviewed

Then what should Square do?

Redesign the queue? Make the random queue actually random and no penalties? No more showing bosses killed for in progress runs and no more allowing you to select whether or not you are willing to be filtered into an in progress run? If you want a full run you queue the dungeon by itself, not the random button?

You know, like other successful mmos do it and never have discussions like this?

All of this was done because of people fishing in progress runs. And by people, I mean tanks. Take away their ability to fish the runs and the issues go away. Add a penalty instead, and thread after thread will crop up from the innocents caught in the crossfire.
