    That is totally bogus. If the commence button isn't up you don't get a penalty for withdraw. This is so blatantly false.

    Absolutely true.

    Furthermore you can commence, and request 15 seconds from the party while your change up your gear. They will have no issues with it.

    1) I wasn't whining, I was only answering her question, as I like the new system. 2) It is you that needs to get your facts straight as I was only giving an answer that was provided by Camate, as you can see below. 3) of course you don't get a penalty if you are queuing alone and you don't withdraw. The one thing I do agree with you though is that yes the lockout system is a godsend.
