DF Lockout needs to be adjusted/looked at/reviewed

I am selfish because I support SE decision to require everyone to not abuse the DF? The sun must also rises from the west.

I always make sure I am ready when I queue on DF so that I do not keep others waiting out of common courtesy and having that level of respect being reinforced by the new DF penalty rules is selfish?

And how was I supposed to know what that the party leader received a tell from someone and would invite them in!?
