Interesting that you used the fat chocobo as the example rather than the Coeurl. The fat choco was given to me much later than the Coeurl and at no extra cost.

Yes but to get that fat chocobo, you would've had to buy or have been brought the collectors edition and then registered it to your account. Only reason you've got the fat chocobo later was because it was part of the CE for the ps4 and then the fat chocobo was given to all people who had previously registered a CE to their account.

So tocsin point still stands that a normal sub doesn't get you a fat chocobo.
