Is it possible that Ninja will do more dps than Monk?

Their ability to increase party damage on the mob by 10% will make them highly desirable, regardless.

Having the ability to increase party damage on the mob by 10% wont that make them so desirable that it will make people want to have a ninja in a static rather than a dragoon? So it seems like dragoons may be thrown to the side and not needed.
