Yeah I generally just had it macro'd to party member 2, and then sorted it so healers were always second. It's use was somewhat limited because of this though.Agreed. Either way, one thing that makes it much better than Aetherial Manipulation is that you pick a spot rather than a party member. As someone who plays on a controller, it slows me down when I have to scroll through the party list to find a player in a safe spot to port to. Usually manipulating to a healer is safe, but picking a spot will be much quicker.
I absolutely refused to have a specific party member number hard-coded into my macro, just in case that particular member derped into an AoE lol.
yeah it just meant I could use it too get out of aoes as it was 1 quick button press, otherwise I just wouldn't use it at all.
Yeah I definitely understand.

I'm pretty sure the the teleport skill works were basically you place a targeter to a spot, and then click to 'port there.
I wonder if that skill counts as movement or teleportation. For example, Dragoons when they jump, they are technically just walking very fast to their target, so it is registered as movement. I.e Dragoons cannot jump over twisters, they will still explode.
It has a clear travel time, it is almost certainly just "fast walking".
